Wildlife Removal - Buildup of Bat Guano

During my inspection, I came across a pile-up of bat guano, feces, near the front door. Bat guano carries the disease Histoplasmosis, which is transmitted when a person inhales the spores from the fungus that grows on the guano. This disease affects the lungs and can be life threatening, especially to those with a weakened immune system.
