Nick is very focused on his work, he took his time to do the work and seems to truly care about his service and was very friendly and professional.  Finding a worker like that nowadays is very hard to find.  In addition, Denise was extremely patient, helpful and answered all my questions and was very sweet from the start and I appreciate that when calling a company which you don't find anymore.
