a real professional. In under two hours, he observed it, sprayed the nest numerous times, removed the nest, and showed it to me. I was very impressed as I was terrified of these bald-faced hornets and the massive nest they had. I was fearing for my family"s safety outside our home. He did a great job and was a real nice fellow. My only regret is that I had no cash in my wallet to give him a tip, was worth at least a twenty or two.
