I am a new customer and I was able to get an appointment for a hive removal very quickly. Alfonso was professional, explained what was going to be done and the hive was gone in no time. I asked Alfonso about crickets in my garage and after we chatted a bit, I ended up getting a service contract. There was no hard sell at all only information about the annual service. I just felt comfortable committing to Cowley's contract based on my interaction with Alfonso.
