This is how the squirrels were getting into this home in Bay Head, NJ.
Right Into the Pork Chop
As soon as we arrived, we spotted a squirrel going right into the pork chop! A pork chop is a type of trim that is primarily used on the eaves of a house. Upon a closer inspection, we realized that it was damaged and chewed apart by the squirrel.
Retrieval Devices Set Up
We installed a retrieval devices directly over the damaged area and then temporarily enclosed the pork chop off with hardware cloth. A short while later, we safely retrieved the squirrel and took it to a new, safer location.
White Metal Flashing
We then went to our trucks, fashioned a piece of white, sturdy metal flashing...
Pork Chop Excluded
...and then installed it over the pork chop to prevent any future squirrel (or any other nuisance wildlife or bird) intrusions.
