As we inspected the attic we found droppings throughout the insulation from the flying squirrels...
Mice Too
...and from mice! To get a handle on the mice infestation we installed several rodent bait stations throughout the attic and around the exterior of the home. We also scheduled several follow up visits to check up on the mice activity and replenish the bait stations as needed.
Little Rascals to the Rescue
As for the flying squirrels, our Wildlife removal division came out and installed a one-way device over the main access point, which was the gable vent, and set up several baited devices nearby. The one-way will allow the flying squirrels to leave the area safely but prevent them from getting back in.
Checking Up on Them
Once all the flying squirrels are safely removed from the home, our Little Rascals division is going to disinfect the attic and properly excluded the gable vent.
