A homeowner in Kendall Park, NJ heard some screeching noises in his attic one evening and decided to investigate. That's when he noticed a bat flying around and called Little Rascals for help!
Lots of Bat Guano
As we inspected the home, we noticed a large amount of bat droppings underneath two dormers.

Bat Cone
So we temporarily sealed off the access points off and installed a bat cone.
Can't Get Back In
The bat cone will allow the bats to safely exit the home, but prevent them from getting back in.
Vent Guards & Ridge-Guard®
In order to prevent the bats from reinfesting the property, we installed vent guards over each static vent and attic fan and installed Ridge-Guard®. Ridge-Guard® secures and reinforces the ridge vent shingles to prevent bats, birds, and all nuisance from entering.
When All the Bats Are Gone
Once all the bats are removed from the home, we will disinfect the area and install sturdy metal flashing over the access points.
