Here's where the Foxes Were Hiding

The fox family was using the homeowners deck as shelter. The homeowner was terrified that her baby kitten would be harmed, so we set-up our devices to safely retrieve the foxes.

After They Were Retrieved

After the foxes were safely retrieved and relocated to a new, humane location, we began our exclusion process to prevent future intrusions from any nuisance wildlife.

Foot In and Foot Out

First, we dug a 1 ft deep trench around the entire deck area and then installed hardware cloth. The hardware cloth is installed 1ft deep and 1ft out from the bottom of the deck area.

Now for the Lattic

After we finished installing the hardware cloth fencing, we then installed new lattice around the entire deck area to make the deck look aesthetically pleasing.

Better Than Before

Now the deck looks good as new and is protected from any nuisance wildlife.

L-Shaped Perimeter

This creates a sturdy "L shaped" perimeter that will prevent foxes and other nuisance wildlife from digging and nesting underneath the deck.
