Wildlife Removal Photo Album: Raccoons Love Red Wine in Spring Lake, NJ
A new residential customer called Cowleys about noises in his attic in the middle of the night and noticed tiny footprints on the laundry room floor. As I inspected, I determined that the homeowner had a raccoon invading his home.
What a Mess
Beginning my inspection in the laundry room, I came across quite a mess! The invading raccoon decided to help himself to a bottle of wine. You can even see the footprints by the raccoon!
A Small Gap Lead to a Big Racoon
Continuing my inspection I discovered that the air conditioning unit had a gap leading into the attic. I took a closer look I found raccoon hair in the gap.
Hole in Soffit
I then inspected the rooftop and found a piece of soffit missing from front left dormer, that leads directly into the attic.
Trap Time
I decided to set a positive set around the opening to ensure a catch. Once the raccoon was safely caught, I sealed the opening and replaced the soffit that was missing.
