Sealing Off the Raccoon's Entrance on the Home in Beachwood, NJ

Challenge
Previously, this homeowner in Beachwood, NJ, had a raccoon living in his attic. How did it get in? The raccoon ripped apart the soffit return and then entered the attic. After setting up our retrieval devices, a short while later, we safely retrieved the raccoon and relocated it to a safer, humane location.
Solution
In order to prevent any future intrusions from raccoons, or any other nuisance wildlife, we installed a sturdy piece of metal flashing over the soffit return.
