Handling a Squirrel Problem in Mantoloking, NJ

Challenge
A new customer in Mantoloking, NJ saw a squirrel walk across his roof and go right into his soffit! After witnessing this, he immediately called our wildlife department and we were sent out to help.
Solution
Upon finding the main access point, we temporarily enclosed the area off with hardware cloth and set up our one-way device. The one-way allows the squirrel to safely leave, but prevents it from getting back in. We also placed several baited devices nearby. Once the squirrel has been removed from the home, we will relocate it to a new, humane environment, disinfect the attic, and install sturdy metal flashing over the access point.
