I have to comment on Alfonso.

He is a technician  that Cowleys should be very proud of. He was so polite and respectful of the residents of my building. I have respect for the way he handled himself dealing with the people that live in my building. The resident of apartment 12 escaped Poland from the Holocaust  as a very young girl. Se was extremely upset by having mice where she lives. One reason is because she is mostly confined to her bed. Alfonzo explained what he was doing and how it works. I was so happy to have Alfonzo represent my Foundation.  He deserves as much credit as I can give him by the way he conducts himself. Thank you for sending Alfonzo.
