As we inspected the home, we discovered that the mice activity was only present in the attic. We took a look around the exterior of the property and found several access points. There was one here...

Needs to Be Sealed Better
We also found tiny mice prints on the roof. We showed these to the owner and he mentioned that, once the snow melts, he's going to seal up those areas much better.
Time for the Bait Stations
We set up several rodent bait stations in the attic and around the exterior of the home. Once we finished, we scheduled several return visits with the homeowner to replenish the bait in the bait stations and monitor the infestation.
