Behind the Stove
We found mice droppings behind the stove as well as several openings around the gas line.
Gaps Around the A/C Line
As we continued our inspection outside, we discovered a large gap around the A/C line...
Falling Off
...and that the crawl space door wasn't set properly. All a mouse needs to infest a home is an opening the width of a pencil.
Bait Stations for Mice
We installed several rodent bait stations throughout the crawl space, the kitchen, and around the exterior of the home. Once we finished with that we scheduled a number of return visits to monitor the mice activity and replenish the bait stations as needed. On our next visit, we're going to seal up any and all exposed openings around the exterior utility pipes that the mice are and can use to infest the home.
