This customer was a Home Protection Plan Gold participant, and one of the benefits is our termite monitoring system that acts as an "early warning system" to detect the presence of termites. As we inspected this home for their summer service, we found that several of them were getting destroyed and devoured by subterranean termites.

Tell the Owner & Start Treating
After reporting to the owner, he agreed to have a termite treatment and we went right to work. We injected a liquid termiticide around the entire exterior of the home. This treatment binds to the treated areas and creates a protective zone that the termites can't detect.
They Don't Know
The termites will come in contact with this treatment as they go about their normal routines, unknowingly bring it back to their nest, and then transfer it throughout their colony. In a short amount of time, the termites will be exterminated and the property will be protected from termites for many years to come.
