Roaches Running Around
As soon as we inspected the kitchen, we found a large number of cockroaches throughout the area. We also noticed several sanitation issues. First, with the owner's permission, we carefully disposed of all the contaminated items in the kitchen. Next, we applied a knockdown aerosol product to every crack, crevice, appliance, and baseboard throughout the area. This product flushes the cockroaches out of hiding and rapidly exterminates them.
Can't Reach Adulthood
Afterward, we treated the entire kitchen with an EPA-registered insect growth regulator combined with a residual product. This treatment affects the cockroaches' reproductive system and prevents them from reaching adulthood. Next, we placed several monitoring devices throughout the building. Lastly, we scheduled several follow-up visits to monitor the infestation and repeat the treatment process until the cockroaches no longer infest the business.
Grease Under the Shelves
Additionally, we found an abundance of grease underneath and behind the kitchen equipment and shelves. All these sanitation issues are what attracted the cockroaches to the business! We brought these sanitation issues to the owner's attention, and he immediately instituted a new sanitation procedure for his employees and managers to follow.
