When we arrived, the homeowner gave us a bag of dead termite swarmers and showed us where they swarmed from.

Trim Board Around the Window

One swarm was located in the trim board around a window frame in the downstairs living room. The other swarm was located in the bathroom right above the living room.

The Foaming Termiticide

First, we injected a foaming termiticide into the trim board. This application binds to the treated area and creates a protective zone that the termites can't detect.

Next, for an effective treatment, we drilled into the flooring in the bathroom, the concrete slab, and around the exterior of the home...

Liquid Version of the Termiticide

...and injected a liquid version of the termiticide.

Termites Share the Treatments

The termites will unknowingly come in contact with either of these applications as they go about their normal routines, bring them back to their nest, and spread it among the colony. In a short amount of time, the termites will be exterminated and the home will be protected from termites for many years to come.
