Bunch of Gunk Behind the Stove
Since a majority of the fruit flies were hovering around the oven, that's where we began our inspection. As soon as we looked behind the oven, we noticed a large buildup of food debris behind it. This is what was attracting the fruit flies!
Clean the Hard to Reach Areas
We showed the owner and advised him that properly cleaning behind & underneath all the equipment will prevent pests from infesting his business. He agreed and him and staff began cleaning behind & underneath all the equipment.
Immediately Removes the Fruit Flies
By cleaning the problem areas will almost immediately eliminate the fruit flies. As a precaution, we applied a liquid application in all the floor drains and then scrubbed them out with our heavy-duty scrubbing brush.
Exterminating the Fruit Flies
Afterward, we applied a bio-foam solution in the drains, which removes all the organic build-up, odors, and scum inside them. Lastly, we applied a fly bait to the high activity areas to control and exterminate the adult fruit flies.
