This warehouse in Metuchen, NJ had a bad infestation of mice.

Gaps

We found rodent droppings in several areas of the warehouse. When we investigated, we found several utility pipes that had large gaps around them.

Holes in the Floor

There was one area that had a hole in the flooring!

Need to be Fixed ASAP

We spoke to the warehouse manager and mentioned that the flooring needs to be repaired ASAP or else he will continue to have issues with mice. He agreed and scheduled an appointment with a contractor.

The Bait Boxes

We installed several interior rodent bait stations throughout the warehouse and several exterior rodent bait stations on the outside.

Stuff Them

We also stuffed all the gaps around the utility pipes with chew-proof metal mesh and then sealed them with a waterproof adhesive. Lastly, we scheduled several follow-up appointments to monitor the infestation and replenish the bait in the bait stations as needed.
