Sanitation Wasn't the Greatest
Upon inspection, we found several severe sanitation issues throughout the building. In each area that had sanitation issues, we found a plethora of cockroaches harboring near it.
Get it Out
We spoke to the new owner and mentioned that for an effective treatment, everything not nailed done must be removed and cleaned thoroughly. Additionally, any severely infested items must be disposed of.
Flush Them
First, we applied a knockdown aerosol product to every single crack, crevice, appliance, and baseboard throughout the building. This product flushes the cockroaches out of hiding and rapidly exterminates them.
Growth Regulator
Next, we treated the area with an EPA registered insect growth regulator combined with a residual product. This treatment affects the cockroaches' reproductive system and prevents them from reaching adulthood.
Repeat
Lastly, we scheduled several follow-up visits to monitor the infestation and repeat the treatment process until the cockroaches are no longer present.
