The nest was about 30 feet up and the size of a basketball.

We grabbed our ladder and our extendable pole and treated the nest with a knockdown aerosol product and then a knockdown dusting application.
Exterminated Quickly
Both these treatments quickly neutralize the hornets. Once they're eliminated, we're going to remove the nest, properly dispose of it, and apply a residual application to prevent reinfestation.
