Pests We Treat Photo Album: Rat Roaming Around Warehouse in Freehold, NJ
After purchasing an old warehouse in Freehold, NJ, the new owner spotted a few rats around his property!
Hello There
As soon as I began inspecting, I found a large white rat on the outside of the building.

And another one roaming around the inside! Turns out the previous next door neighbor had several pet rats and, when they got too big, he didn't want them anymore and let them loose!
Openings
I spotted several potential openings around the property and stuffed them with stainless steel mesh and then sealed them in place with a waterproof adhesive.
Bait Staions
I then installed several interior and exterior rodent bait stations throughout the building. Lastly, I scheduled several follow up inspections to monitor the activity and replenish the bait stations as needed. Once the rats are removed from the property the owner can begin renovating his newly acquired property.
