All Over the Laundry Room Wall
I began inspecting the laundry room and as I moved a shelf over, I uncovered a massive swarm of odorous house ants! Odorous house ants are those tiny, smelly ants that emit a rotten coconut smell when you crush or startle them.
Follow Their Trail
I followed their trail to a nearby floor vent, and when I opened it up, found their main colony.
Quick Extermination of the Ants
I treated the floor vent as well as all the cracks, baseboards, and crevices in the laundry room with a residual aerosol. This product will exterminate the ants almost immediately and flush them out of hiding. At the owner's request, I treated this area, the two adjacent rooms, and the exterior perimeter of the home with a liquid non-repellent.
Elimination Each Other
Once the odorous house ants come in contact with this treatment they will bring it back to their nest and share it with one another. A short while later, they will be exterminated.
