Rags Full of Poop
As I began inspecting the home, I came across a pile of rags near the dry sink that was full of mice droppings.
A Small Gap
I took a look under the sink and found even more mouse droppings and a small gap in one of the pipes. I followed it to the crawl space and found mouse nesting debris in the crawl space.
Clean it Up
I removed all contaminated materials, carefully cleaned up the droppings, and installed several rodent baits stations in the laundry room, crawl space, and along the exterior of the home.
Close Up the Openings
I also stuffed the gap under the dry sink with chew-proof stainless steel mesh and sealed them in place with a waterproof, premium adhesive. I repeated this process to every potential access point throughout the home.
We Will Come Back
I'm going to return for several follow-up inspections in order to replenish the bait stations until the mice are no longer present in the home.
