While inspecting this newly acquired property in Somerville, NJ, we discovered multiple rodent entry points around the building.

After finding rat droppings inside the building, I inspected the exterior and found a chewed-out hole here...

The Inside
I carefully cleaned up the rat droppings inside the building and then set up several interior and exterior rodent bait stations.
Have to Seal Them Up
I then stuffed all the openings with stainless steel mesh and sealed them in place with a waterproof, premium adhesive. I also scheduled several follow-up visits to monitor the infestation and replenish the bait as needed.
