Termite Mud Tube
As we began inspecting, we found several termite mud tubes in the basement area of the home.
Proposal to Treat
Since the WDI failed, the customer (who was the buyer) asked us to write up a proposal to treat for the termites, to which we did. Now the buyer will provide this to the seller's attorney and they can negotiate from there.
