When we began inspecting the kitchen, we noticed some debris under the table. It appeared to be fecal stains from cockroaches.

When we checked under the table, we uncovered a massive cockroach infestation.
Fecal Stains and Debris
You can see the fecal stains and eggs in the crevices of the table.
Cockroach Treatment
Fortunately, the tenant wanted to throw the table away, so we did just that (carefully of course)! We then applied a residual aerosol product, that neutralizes the cockroaches almost immediately, throughout the kitchen.
A Follow-Up
We then placed several monitor traps throughout the apartment and scheduled a follow up visit to monitor the cockroach infestation and apply any additional treatments if needed.
