Vacant Home Filled with Mice
The home had been vacant for quite some time and the owner was planning on renovating the property. The only thing that was stopping him was the massive mice infestation!
Coffee Anyone?
While inspecting the interior of the home, I discovered a coffee cup that was filled with mice droppings.
Claw Marks in the Fridge
There was even mice droppings and claw marks inside this fridge! I strongly advised the homeowner to immediately discard the entire refrigerator. I was happy that he agreed.
Set Up the Bait Stations
Although I offered to seal up all the potential entry points throughout the property, the owner mentioned that he himself will repair and seal them up on his own, since he was already renovating the property. So I installed several rodent bait stations throughout the interior and exterior of the property and showed the homeowner all the current and potential entry points. I'll return for several follow-up visits to monitor the infestation and replenish the bait stations.
