Droppings in the basement
I inspected the basement and found a lot of mice droppings and tunnels in the insulation.
Checked the Perimeter
As I inspected the exterior of the building, I found several entry points that the mice were using to infest the building.
Carefully Clean
I carefully cleaned up the mouse droppings and installed several Ready-to-Use rodent bait stations throughout the basement as well as around the exterior perimeter of the building.
Showed the Maintenance Team
As I was installing the rodent bait stations, at the request of the property manager, I showed the maintenance team all the current and potential mice access points around the building. The maintenance team immediately went to work and began their repairs.
A Follow Up
I'll return on several follow-up visits to monitor the rodent bait stations and replenish them as needed.
