Openings by the Door
As I was walking around the back of the building I noticed several openings by the rollup door.
Rubber Seal Deteriorated
There were entry points on the bottom of the door from where the rubber seal had deteriorated over the many years that it had been there.
Water Damaged
I also saw openings underneath the right side of the door where water damage had pretty much ruined all of the wood that was there.
Informing the Owner
I brought these issues to the owners attention. He immediately called his contractor and had him come out to seal up the openings that I had found.
Stationed
I installed several exterior rodent bait stations as well as several interior rodent bait stations in the areas where the activity was located. I set up a two week follow up so I can come back, assess the infestation, and apply any additional treatments if necessary.
