Pests We Treat Photo Album: Pest Control in Toms River, NJ
A new client of ours in Toms River, NJ noticed some ants all over his paver driveway.
Nesting Under the Pavers
When I got there I began inspecting the walkway and noticed that pavement ants had made a home beneath his pavers. Ants often utilize the sand that's under paver walkways because it's easy for them to move the loose sand and make colonies.
Pavement Ants
Pavement ants received their clever name because they usually make their homes in pavements! They are about 1/8 to 1/16 inches long and they will eat pet food, fruits, greasy food, and other insects.
Our Treatment for Pavement Ants
For treatment, we applied a light liquid application to the area that would not only eliminate the ants that directly come in contact with the product but also the entire colony.
Spreads Fast
The remaining ants that come in contact with this treatment, will head back to their nest and spread this product among the entire colony by way of feeding, grooming and or eating their own dead. This is known as the transfer effect. In no time at all, the colony is neutralized.
