When I arrived I quickly found the hornet's nest and went to work immediately. I grabbed my extendable pole, attached an aerosol application to it, and began fogging the nest from a safe distance.

Once the hornet population had decreased to a safe level I began removing the nest remnants from the building. I properly disposed of the nest and cleaned up the area. The property manager was very pleased with the quick response and thanked us profusely.
