Pests We Treat Photo Album: Mice in Crawl Space in Freehold, NJ
A frantic client called Cowleys after he watched a mouse a crawl on top of the stove in his kitchen and then went in the back of the stove.
Cooking Up Trouble
After the customer told us that story we moved the stove away from the wall and found three entryways.
Some Presents in the Enryways
As we inspected two of the holes we found mouse droppings inside of them. We also noticed that the holes were going right into the crawl space.
Tidy Up
The first thing we did was clean up all the droppings and the insulation that the mice brought on to the floor.
Seal Them Up
After picking up all the droppings and insulation we temporarily installed hardware cloth over the holes and stapled them to the wall.
Fill the Void
Then we filled the void with foam insulation to make sure that this mice were not coming back in to the kitchen.
Set Up the Bait Stations
We also installed 28 stations behind and under the cabinets.
More in the Crawl Space
We then went into the crawl space and installed another RTU Bait station. After making sure the kitchen was secure of other entryways we inspected the rest of the first floor for other entryways, to which we found none. Once all the mice are removed from the home I will properly seal up all entryways.
