With this infestation in Mercer County, there were bed bugs at several different locations throughout the home. The first place was the most common one - the bed. These blood-sucking parasites like to stay in close distance to their host and they like their blood meal when we are still and fast asleep. Bed bugs were found along the seams of the comforter.

After we determined the locations of bed bug activity, we started treatment. First, we vacuumed the live activity to remove live bugs and their eggs. We then treated the outlets, beds, furniture, and all possible bed bug locations and the surrounding areas. Bed bugs are resilient and it is important to have a follow-up visit to re-inspect and determine the effectiveness of the first treatment. We scheduled the follow-up and look forward to returning. We will stay on they job until this Princeton Junction home is completely bed bug free.
