Homeowner Has Problem with Rats in Her Home in West Long Branch, NJ

Challenge

Recently, we were sent out to a home in West Long Branch, NJ to handle a rat infestation. As we inspected the exterior of the property, we came across an exhaust vent that was badly damaged. As we inspected closer we found some rat droppings nearby. This was one of the ways the rats were getting into the home.

Continuing our inspection, we noticed an old utility line that the rats were also using to infest the home. How did we know? We found some of their fur stuck in the opening!

Solution

We set up several rodent bait stations inside the home as well as in several locations around the exterior of the property. Next, we scheduled a number of follow-up visits to replenish the bait stations and seal up all the openings inside and outside of the home that the rats are using to infest the property.
