Yellow Jackets Flowing from the Soffit in Shrewsbury, NJ
Challenge
We received a call from a homeowner in Shrewsbury, NJ that was seeing yellow jackets near her front door. Once we arrived, we equipped our protective bee suits and began investigating the exterior of the home to pinpoint where the yellow jackets were coming from. Several minutes into our inspection, we noticed several yellow jackets coming in and out of a small hole in the soffit. Turns out, that's where the yellow jackets were nesting.
Solution
We injected a knockdown dusting application into the opening. This will exterminate the yellow jackets almost immediately. Shortly after, we then applied a liquid residual to the soffit. This product will eliminate any yellow jackets that return to this area and prevent them, and any other stinging insects, from building another nest.
