Ants Rocking Out to Some Music in the Pool House in Rumson, NJ
Challenge
A new customer in Rumson, NJ called our office after finding "a ton of ants" by her pool house. We were sent out to investigate and treat.
During our inspection, we noticed that the ants were trailing behind a grate in the pool house. With the owners permission, we removed the grate and noticed there was a speaker behind the grate & underneath the speaker there was a giant hole in the brick wall. That's where the ants were harboring!
Solution
We treated the hole in the wall with a knockdown aerosol application, which will rapidly eliminate the ants. Afterward, we treated this area, the entire perimeter of the pool house, and the home with a non-repellant liquid application. Lastly, we treated all the grassy areas with a granular bait.
Once the ants come in contact with either of these products, they'll return to their nest and transfer the treatments throughout their colony. In a short amount of time, the ants will be exterminated.
