Digging the pit
A customer called us complaining of water in the crawl space. After a complete inspection, we determined that the water and air was coming in through an old crawl space access door, that was not air tight.
We recommended the installation of The Turtle™, a new crawl space entry system which allows easy access, yet provides an airtight and waterproof seal. We began by removing the old crawl space door. Then we dug out the pit where The Turtle™ would rest. We are able to customize the product for a flush fit. Finally, the surrounding areas were back filled with dirt and then finish the area with stone.
