A Huge Mess & Health Hazard
The birds were nesting and defecting the A/C units. All of that debris was clogging the vents and causing a health hazard for everyone in the building!
Nesting Debris & Bird Mites
The first thing we did was carefully remove all the nesting debris. Once that was completed, we disinfected the vents with a solution that targets bird mites.
What Can the Bird Mites Do
Bird mites are parasites that feed on the blood of birds. When birds leave their nests, the mites are left behind without a suitable host for their next blood meal and make their way into a property. Once inside, they take over and start feeding on the occupants! To make matters worse, bird mites are tiny and semi-transparent, so they are extremely difficult to detect!
Dissolve-It
Afterward, we applied a concentrated application that safely removes and cleans any and all bird dropping stains. This will reduce the health risks associated with exposure to hazardous bird waste.
Scrubbed Away the Droppings
We then scrubbed away the stains and bird droppings and completely cleaned out all the contaminated A/C vents. Now the health threat is removed and the occupants can now work in a safe environment.
