These birds were causing an unsanitary condition for the business owner and his customers!

Lot of Bird Nesting

Underneath the exterior sign was a massive amount of bird nesting!

Load of Poop

There was even more bird poop all over the sign.

Completely Disinfected

We carefully removed all the bird nesting debris and then disinfected the area.

Next Comes Shock Track

Next, we installed Shock track which is a low-profile ledge deterrent system that is effective against all species of nuisance birds and utilizes the principle of fear and flight. The unique electrically charged tracks impart a mild electrical shock when the birds land on them. The shock will not harm them, but will condition them to avoid the area.

Sun Provides the Power

The shock track gets affixed to roof, with no screws, and is connected to a solar-powered charger.

Now for the Optical Gel

Lastly, we installed optical gel on top of the exterior sign. Optical gel is a multi-sensory bird repellant that deters birds using sight, smell, and touch. As a visual deterrent, the birds see a UV spectrum that, to them, looks like fire or smoke (although there isn't any). As a smell deterrent, the optical gel gives off a cayenne pepper or peppermint odor that the birds hate; and as a touch deterrent, the optical gel has a tacky feel to it that the birds dislike.
