After removing all the squirrels in this attic, our Attic Systems team came to remove the contaminated insulation and add new blown-in cellulose insulation.

Previously, the squirrels had urinated and defecated all over the attic and contaminated the insulation.

What We Did

So we removed all the contaminated insulation, deodorized and sanitized the attic, and added TruSoft blown-in cellulose insulation.

Squirrel feces and urine can contain salmonellosis and accidental exposure may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and chills.

TruSoft blown-in cellulose insulation is used to fill the attic to recommended insulation levels and create a blanket of insulation. This will create a thermal barrier and help keep the home more comfortable and efficient.
