Cowleys Pest Services Appoints Randy and Carl Vogel to its Executive Team

NEPTUNE CITY, NJ – April 15, 2017 – Cowleys Pest Services, a leading provider of pest, nuisance wildlife, bird control, mold treatment, and property improvement services throughout New Jersey, is pleased to announce the appointment of brothers Randy and Carl Vogel as our new Operations Manager and Commercial Service Manager, respectively. The Cowleys executive team now includes Randy and Carl Vogel, co-owners Bill and Drew Cowley, Regional Sales Manager Tom Witkowski, and Residential Service Supervisor Scott Dellett. 

Randy, our commercial sales manager, was recently promoted to Operations Manager, leaving his former position open. According to Bill Cowley, “We are in a growth phase, and needed someone with the right background and right personality for our company. Carl was the perfect match. We have known him and the Vogel family for years, and reached out to him through Randy. The brothers have worked together in the pest control industry in the past, and they grew up in this line of work. Their dad, Charles “Chaz” Vogel, a licensed pest control operator, had introduced them to the business when they were teens living in Elizabeth. Just like Drew and me, they are exceptionally close and work well together as a dynamic, cohesive team.”

As Operations Manager, Randy will supervise our service, clerical, personal, expense control, safety, and maintenance programs. He is responsible for quality control, monitoring and coordinating our technician training, and maintaining our relationships with the managers of the numerous community properties that we service. As Commercial Service Manager, Carl will supervise our commercial pest operations and our residential and property improvement divisions that provide mold treatment, crawl space encapsulation, and attic insulation services.

The Vogels bring an extensive background and a wealth of experience to our management team. Together, they have almost five decades in the pest control industry. Randy and Carl have done everything in pest control from hands-on pest control technicians to sales to supervisory positions. They have worked with condominium associations, property management companies, homeowners associations, and apartment complexes, and understand their unique needs and concerns.
