Melissa Pilotin

Join us in welcoming Melissa Pilotin to the Cowleys family as one of our Appointment Center Representatives! Melissa, (a native of Queen, NY) joined the Cowleys services family in October 2024 and her impeccable work ethic, can-do attitude, and addicting smile has been a valued assist to the team! 

Melissa will be the first contact that a prospective customer has with Cowleys. She happily takes on a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the day, such as scheduling service appointments, explaining Cowleys various services to prospective customers, sales, and answering service inquiries.  

When not helping potential customers resolve their pest or wildlife issues, Melissa is addicted to working out. She especially loves all types of outdoor sports and activities, but by far, her favorite activity is spending time with her two children!
