Jady Ruiz

We're ecstatic to welcome Jady Ruiz to the Cowleys family as one of our Appointment Center Representatives! Jady, a resident of Freehold, NJ, has years of superb customer service, many of them as a flight attendant! This surprised and impressed us, as the pest control industry is a little different then the transportation industry! When we asked Jady how can she adjust to the pest control industry she said, "It's all about the customer! I love helping them out and making sure that the highest level of customer service is provided!" We were already impressed with Jady's qualifications, but that answer sealed the deal and ever since her first day in June 2024, she has been an excellent addition to the team!

Jady will be the first contact that a prospective customer has with Cowleys. She happily takes on a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the day, such as scheduling service appointments, explaining Cowleys various services to prospective customers, sales, and answering service inquiries.  

Some of Jady's hobbies included watching Spanish novelas, shopping, and most importantly, spending time with her child!
