Nancy Thorne

We are excited to welcome back Nancy Thorne to the Cowleys family as one of our Appointment Center Representative!

Before one of our field technicians shows up at a customers doorstep, our ACR's determine that customers' pest issue that needs to be resolved and review the various services offered by Cowleys. Our representatives also schedule appointments as quickly as possible in a dynamic ever-changing environment in order to provide the best possible service.

Nancy's prior experience as a Facility Coordinator for an independent living facility has certainly come in handy! She is no stranger to mega multi-tasking while keeping everyone happy, both customers and field technicians. Nancy has been in the pest control industry for over 8 years, 4 of which at Cowleys. In 2019, Nancy took time off to raise her children, but missed the family atmosphere at Cowleys. In early 2022, she reached out to Drew and Bill stating that she wanted to return to Cowleys, and we welcomed her back with open arms!

In her spare time, Nancy enjoys reading, savoring down time to relax, and spending time with her three kids!
