Basement Overrun with Ants in Lawrence Township, NJ

Challenge

Recently, we were sent out to handle an ant infestation in the basement of this customers home in Lawrence Township, NJ. They were everywhere! After a thorough inspection, we found a nest of ants behind one of the wooden support beams.

Solution

With the homeowner's permission, we applied a knockdown aerosol application behind all the wooden beams. This will flush the ants out of hiding as well as rapidly eliminate them. Next, we treated the baseboards, cracks, and crevices of the entire basement with a liquid residual. Afterward, we went outside and treated the entire exterior of the home with the same application. Lastly, we treated the grassy areas around the entire property with a granular bait. The ants, as they go about their normal routine, will come in contact with either of these applications and return to their colony.

There they will transfer the treatments to their queen and the other ants in their nest. A short while later, the ant colony will be exterminated.
