A Home Protection Plan customer in Skillman, NJ recently called our office after getting stung by several wasps while working on his car in his garage. As we inspected the area, we didn't find any signs of a wasps nest on the interior or exterior of the garage, but we did notice a few wasps hovering around the lawnmower in the corner. We investigated further and found the wasp nest was actually located underneath the lawnmover! First, we treated the nest with a knockdown aerosol product, which will rapidly exterminate the stinging insects. After several moments, we carefully removed the nest and cleaned the area.
