Two Access Points

The raccoons had broken into the home in two locations, by pacman and the soffit area near the downspout.

Our Comstock Device

We temporarily sealed off the access points with hardware cloth and installed a nose cone that is attached to a Comstock device over it. The nose cone will safely guide the raccoons into the Comstock device.

Heavy Duty Device

The Comstock is a two-gaited, heavy-duty device that features super-strong coil springs that powers the trap door. The door locks into place which prevents the raccoons from escaping.

Safely Removed the Raccoons

A short while later, we safely retrieved all the raccoons and relocated them to a new, humane environment. We then disinfected the areas and installed sturdy, metal flashing over the access points.

Good As New

This will prevent any future intrusions from raccoons or any other nuisance wildlife.
