Wildlife Removal Photo Album: Safely Removing and Relocating a Raccoon in Atlantic Highlands, NJ
A raccoon had invaded this attic in Atlantic Highlands, NJ and Little Rascals is here to safely remove and relocate them.
Access Pont
Here's where the raccoon had entered the attic area.
A Positive Set
To safely remove the raccoon, we temporarily closed off the access point with hardware cloth and installed a positive set.
How Does the Positive Set Work?
A positive set is a nose cone that is attached to a two-gaited, heavy-duty device. The purpose of the nose cone is to guide the raccoon safely into the device.
Retrieve the Raccoon
We also placed several baited devices nearby. Once we safely retrieve the raccoon, we'll disinfect the attic area, replace the soffit area with sturdy, metal flashing, and relocate the raccoon to a new, humane environment.
