We found a bunch of mice droppings and mice tunnels throughout the attic insulation...
The Crawl Space Too
...and the crawl space insulation. The insulation in the crawl space was full of so much mice urine and droppings that is was falling down! We also found even more mice droppings throughout the crawl space.
Openings Like These
We found several openings and gaps around a number of utility pipes that the mice were utilizing to enter the home. After speaking with the homeowner, after we remove the mice, he's going to contact our Attic & Crawl Space division and make an appointment to add some new insulation to his attic and crawl space.
Set Up Our Bait Stations
In the meantime, we installed a number of rodent bait stations in the crawl space, the attic, and around the exterior of the home. When we finished, we scheduled several return visits with the owner to replenish the bait stations and seal up all the access points that the mice are using to infest the home.
